I really like manicures, super pink things and recieving notes (or presents). I can swim. Pretty well too, I must say. lol I’m a lifeguard at a pool that has chlorine in it. Sometimes, snobby people come and they’re like “I don’t swim in pools with chlorine” but that’s just silly because even salted pools have chlorine in it – salt is NaCl! =D God is a pretty good friend of mine. He has a funny sense of humor sometimes. Or maybe I just don’t get it. LOL I’m Canadian Born Chinese (CBC). Sometimes I seem kind of cynical and pessimistic when I write but really I’m just a really bubbly person ^___^  I just happen go to school in Toronto, which is a lot less friendly than the good old west where I’m from.

 

I like school. Just kidding. But not really. When I leave school, I think I’ll miss it. For now? Study hard, play hard! =] I like body butter by the Body Shop, fluffy dogs, babies, Robert Munch books, chick flicks, reading classical literature and listening to country music. The Eagles, Phil Collins (I even brought his CDs with me from Cowtown) and Taylor Swift pretty much dominate my iPod. Playing Big2 or monopoly at bubbletea shops is pretty fun too.  Oh and I love Disney movies. Like the authentic cartoons. I’m not really crazy about the whole Disney teen idol phenomenon (except for Hannah Montana – but that’s our little secret ;D ). I also really like to watach TVBs and some korean or taiwanese dramas in my free time.  I like to follow politics sometimes. When I have time. I’m mostly studying though. Cause school is hard.

I consider myself a student leader – not politician, because my job is to represent students and their needs. I used to base alot of my decisions on my own needs or logic but now I think more about the greater picture. It also helps if students tell me what they think about issues as well!

I guess all in all, I’ve just your average university student. I go through the same ups and downs as everyone else and I like to use my blog as a medien to vent or just say things that I normally wouldn’t get to say.
